Wayside, about 1 1/2 blocks east of the Chief Grocery Store is an
older mobile park. Rent includes both the home and lot; water, electric, and
gas are at the tenants expense. Refuse service is included in the rent. Units
3,4, 6, 7, 8,10,13, 16, 24 and 26 are relatively new and in excellent
condition. They have washer and dryer hookups, central air and heat, range,
refrigerator, disposal, and dishwasher. Units 9, 11, 12, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23,
and 25 are older, smaller and in generally poor condition, but are relatively
