Newcomer Place construction first began in 1998 and new houses are still being built. Oldfield Village was built in 2002—2006. Countryview was built in 2000-2001. The houses at 363 West Elm were built in 2002. Wayside mobile homes 1, 2, 4, 6, 7-9, 12, 14, 17-20, 22-26 were replaced from 2002—2011. Ironwood Village was built in 1984—1992, and is in excellent condition. Clermont Villas were built in 2015.
