Ironwood Village, built in 1984-1992, is located across Lawrence Avenue from Homecoming Park on the Southwest corner of Fairway Drive and Lawrence Avenue. Most apartments have a view of the park. Ironwood Village has use of the pool at Fairview Apartments, which is directly across Fairway Drive. There is also a playground and picnic area in the center of the complex. Possible features depending on the apartment are: dishwasher, disposal, range, refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer or hook ups, central air and heat, balconies or patios, garages, and gas heat. Blinds are provided in each unit. Buildings 711, 721, 731, 741 are single level triplexes and offer the most privacy. There is an on-site Laundry facility for the apartments that do not have washer and dryer. Garbage is included in the rent; all other utilities are at the tenant's expense.
