Corporate apartments are available directly to companies who need to have turnkey employee, consultant, key person housing. This would be a homier less expensive alternative to hotel or Residence Inn/Extended Stay. There is a 3-month minimum stay and no more than 2 adults per apartment. The apartments are completely furnished: please refer to inventory list. Price includes water, electric gas, refuse service, and clean up at end of lease; if a customer wants us to arrange for telephone, internet, and cable we will price accordingly. The monthly rent ranges from $1500 to $1850 depending upon location and number of bedrooms.
If a company wants standard pricing and to make their own arrangements for utilities and furniture, a standard 1-year lease with buyout option is available.
