We also have a number of duplexes. Countryview, consisting of 8 units, set on 12 acres provides plenty of open yard. The duplexes at Oldfield Village include privacy fences and individual decks/patios so residents still have their own space and access to a well-equipped community environment. Most of the duplexes and triplexes at Greco and Darlene Drive, Spruce Street, and 701 through 741 Fairway Drive at Ironwood Village have some combination of private patios, yards, driveways, garages, and entrances, and would be a possible alternative at a lower cost.
For someone with a conservative budget, the mobile homes at Wayside also offer the privacy of an individual home.
Fairview consists of conventional multistory multifamily apartments. However, each has sound absorbing cement between the floors, true double walls between each unit, and sound resistant entry doors.
