The Fairview apartments are three story buildings located directly on the Ironwood Golf Course, across Lawrence Avenue from Homecoming Park. Apartments on the mid and upper levels have a balcony; apartments on the lower level do not include a balcony. Both water and garbage are included in the rent. Well sized, two bedroom units are 960 sq. ft. and a one bedroom unit is 750 sq. ft. Each apartment features a dishwasher, a disposal, a range, a refrigerator, washer/dryer, central air and heat, 4-6 closets (one of which is a walk-in closet), and draperies are provided. Most of the apartments have a view of either the park or the golf course.
